Shipping & Returns
Article 1 – Shipping Strategy
Delivery is made by independent professional carriers (e.g., Bpost, DPD, or DHL). Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Please ensure the address is accurate and easily accessible to the carrier.
Article 2 – Shipping Destinations (EU Only)
Currently, DA CHAINZ BV exclusively ships to the following European Union countries:
- Zone 1: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France.
- Zone 2: Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden.
- Zone 3: All other EU member states.
- Note: We do not ship to the USA, Canada, or the United Kingdom at this time. Orders from these regions will be cancelled.
Article 3 – Delivery Times & Costs
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Delivery within Belgium typically takes 1–2 business days. For the rest of the EU, delivery takes 3–7 business days.
- Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination.
Article 4 – Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages
The delivery times indicated are indicative. DA CHAINZ BV cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
- Damaged Packages: If a package arrives visibly damaged (opened, crushed, or tampered with), the Customer must refuse the delivery or notify the carrier and DA CHAINZ BV within 3 days of receipt.
- Photography: We strongly recommend taking photos of the damaged outer box before opening to assist with insurance claims.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU law, the Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the Product.
- Condition for Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the Product must be returned in original, perfect condition. This includes the item itself and all elements of its original packaging.
- Diminished Value: The Customer is responsible for any depreciation in the value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item. For collectibles, any damage to the Product Box (including dents, tears, or stains) or the internal protective materials will result in a deduction from the refund amount.
- Return Costs: Returns are at the Customer’s expense.

Article 6 – Refunds
Refunds will be processed by DA CHAINZ BV within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned Product. The refund will cover the original purchase price and standard shipping costs. Return shipping fees are not reimbursed.
