  • My Order Shows Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It! 

     

    If no one was at home when the delivery was made, the carrier may have left your package in a secure spot.

    Please take a moment to check around your property and with your neighbors or building management, as they might have received the package on your behalf.

    Also, double-check the shipping address on your order to make sure it was sent to the correct location.

    In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered but can take a bit longer to actually arrive.

    If you still can’t find your package, we’ll need to investigate further with the courier. Please reach out to us here  orders@dachainz.com so one of our staff can assist you with the next steps.

  • How do I make a return?


    If you’d like to make a return, simply send us an email at orders@dachainz.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the process.

    Please note:

    • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes any attached swing tags, shoe boxes, ribbons, and specialty packaging.

    • You will need to provide a photo of your item(s) before shipping it back so we can assess the condition.

    Our team will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth return.

  • Can I Send an Order as a Gift?

          Yes, absolutely! You can send Da Chainz products as gifts by entering the                          recipient’s address in the shipping section and your address in the billing section.

          Please note: Since we work with external fulfillment partners, we’re currently                    unable to include personalized messages in the package. We apologize for any                inconvenience!
